Founded in 2006, the Gawler Community Gallery has been proudly celebrating and supporting South Australian artists for more than 20 years.

We are dedicated to showcasing the work of talented local and regional artists, and to providing a professional platform where emerging creatives can share their work with a wider audience.

Our spacious, modern exhibition gallery offers an exceptional environment for viewing art. With exhibitions changing every five to six weeks, there is always something new, inspiring, and beautifully presented to discover.

Whether you’re a long‑time art lover or simply looking for a fresh and uplifting experience, our gallery is the perfect place to explore the richness and diversity of South Australian art.

From established artists to exciting new talent, our exhibitions highlight the very best our region has to offer.

Alongside our exhibitions, we host a range of events and workshops, and our gift shop features unique, handcrafted pieces, including sculptures, original artworks, hand painted cards, and unique items that make wonderful keepsakes or gifts.

We warmly invite you to visit and experience the beauty of South Australian art here in picturesque Gawler, South Australia’s oldest country town.

Conveniently located on the route to the Barossa from Adelaide, we are just a short drive from one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions.

Come and see us today.
